Audit Rolls

All faculty are required to report to the Registrar’s Office on the attendance and academic progress of every student enrolled in their classes.

To report this information, faculty can use the Online Audit Roll available through the MyUNT Faculty Center at This system allows faculty to:

  • report attendance (or non-attendance),
  • report academic progress,
  • add students who are attending a class but are not showing on the class roster, and
  • notify students and the Registrar's Office of all of these items.

The system will send emails to students with attendance or academic progress issues, along with any comments that the instructor wants to include. Students are not dropped as a result of this email.
