Seniors 7:00 a.m., October 22 - 4:30 p.m., January 2
Graduate Students 7:00 a.m., October 28 - 4:30 p.m., January 2 (for undergraduate courses)
Juniors 7:00 a.m., October 28 - 4:30 p.m., January 2
Sophomores 7:00 a.m., October 31 - 4:30 p.m., January 2
Freshmen 7:00 a.m., November 7 - 4:30 p.m., January 2
ALL eligible students January 3 - January 9, 5:30 p.m. 6:00 p.m. January 9 for registration as of 5:30 p.m. January 9

Late Registration

Students who have not registered.

7:00 a.m., January 10 - 5:30 p.m., January 15

A $50 late fee is charged.

Same day of registration by 6:00 p.m.

Students who have registered and completed fee payment.

January 13 - 4:30 p.m., January 17.

Last day to add a Spring class is January 17 at 4:30 p.m.

Spring 2014 Important Deadlines

Date Deadline
January 13 Classes Begin.
January 27 Census.
January 28 Beginning this date a student who wishes to drop a course must first receive written consent of the instructor.
February 21

Last day for student to receive automatic grade of W for nonattendance.

Last day for change in pass/no pass status.

Last day to drop a course or withdraw from the semester with a grade of W for courses that the student is not passing. After this date, a grade of WF may be recorded.

February 24 Beginning this date instructors may drop students with a grade of WF for nonattendance.
March 25

Last day to drop with either W or WF.

Last day for a student to drop a course with consent of the instructor.

April 7 Beginning this date, a student who qualifies may request an Incomplete, with a grade of I.
April 18

Last day to Withdraw (drop all classes).

Last day for an instructor to drop a student with a grade of WF for nonattendance.

May 2 Reading Day (no classes).
May 3 - May 9 Final Exams.
May 9 Last Class Day.
