Student drops an individual course(s) but still remains in other courses for the same session(s). First day of session or term but before the withdrawal deadline for the session or term. Before census, courses will not appear on the transcript. After census, courses will appear on the official transcript with a grade of W. Before census, tuition & financial aid may be adjusted. After census, there is no tuition adjustment. Enrolled. Adjust schedule through myUNT.
Session Withdrawal Student drops all courses in an academic session, even if they are enrolled in another session. First day of session or term but before the withdrawal deadline for the session or term. Before census, courses will not appear on the transcript. After census, courses will appear on the official transcript with a grade of W. Students may be eligible for a tuition adjustment based on when the student completes the withdrawal for that session (TEC §54.006.) Financial aid may be adjusted. Enrolled. Adjust schedule through myUNT.
