Understanding Your Degree Audit
Undergraduate Students
Graduate Students
Graduate students now have access to the online degree audit system. Currently, some graduate programs have online audits, while others do not have an online audit yet. Additional graduate programs will be added to the online degree audit system over time.
Note: Audits will not be added for older catalog years for existing programs. If a program was created and added in the catalog in 2021-2022 and the audit is added to the degree audit system in Fall 2026, then the first catalog year for that audit will be Fall 2026 instead of Fall 2021.
To run an audit for your graduate program, you must change the Advanced Settings each time you run a new audit. Always change the ‘COM’ setting to “GRADF - Grad Career - Future Term”. Running an audit with the “WEB - Web Default - Future Terms” COM setting may show inaccurate information for graduate programs.
If your graduate program does not have an online audit yet, your program will be “TOULOUSE GRADUATE SCHOOL” [Program Code: “GS NOAUDIT”]. After your program has been added to the online degree audit system, your declared program will be updated.
Note: Depending on when your program was initially created, your catalog year and therefore your degree requirements on your audit may be different. Please refer to the UNT Catalog and contact your graduate advisor if you have any questions about your degree requirements.
